Welcome to Hursley Childcare Hub Ltd

At Hursley Childcare Hub Ltd we welcome all children and their families into our friendly, caring, stimulating setting. As a smaller setting we really know all our individual children and their families well. Through a child led approach, our amazing team care, nurture and develop the children. All our learning and exploration takes place in our large, open plan space. We work with children throughout their early years to develop their confidence in themselves, ready for the next stages in their development. Together with families we aim to ensure all children are respectful and resilient and prepared for all the exciting experiences that are available to them.

Inside - We have zoned areas that we move around to maintain children's engagement and follow the childrens interests, usually this will include a role play area, a quiet area for sharing books and developing communication and language, a mark making and design space, a construction area that really helps develop early math skills and a small world area, that supports children's understanding of the world around them.

Our youngest children, up to the age of two, have an under 2's base which has been developed to support each of the individual children's next areas of development.

Outside - Our safe, stimulating garden allows all children to explore and learn outdoors.

We are an independent nursery owned by Vanessa. She works in partnership with a fabulous team, who receive continuous professional development and opportunities to increase their expertise on how to provide the very best care for the children.

Vanessa holds a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies from the University of Winchester, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Children's workforce, amongst other training.

Charlii, our Manager, is Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education and holds a Paediatric First Aid Qualification, Designated Safeguarding Lead Training and a huge range of other training.

Claudia is our Assistant Manager and Over 2's Lead. Claudia holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Paediatric First Aid Qualification, Designated Safeguarding Lead training and a broad range of other training too.

Our team hold qualifications ranging from working towards their Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification, up to Qualified Teacher Status.

Pete our nursery chef has worked as a Chef around the world and as a Head Chef at various high quality Hampshire venues.
